Each device measures a specific point within the electrowinning facility. It is recommended to install at least 4 points to obtain a representative average.
How often are the sensors replaced?
It is recommended to change the sensors every 6 months of operation.
How is the equipment maintained?
The battery should be changed every 3 months, while the cleaning spray is replaced every 2 to 3 months, depending on the size of the container.
What are the spare parts?
The sensor is the only spare part for the equipment.
Is the equipment portable or desktop?

Are there calibration options?
The sensors are calibrated for six months of operation, after which they must be replaced. Additionally, it is possible to compare the measurements with spot values for acid mist according to OSHA standard ID113.
Can the data be downloaded?
In addition to viewing on Sensemist.com, it is possible to download the data in date ranges in XLS or CSV format.
How does the team communicate?
The device communicates via LoRa network and cellular network.

The data is sent to the server every hour. In case of loss of communication, the device stores the information internally.
